Relocated to Spain in 2022
Zana and Carlos were raised in Bergen and have over 20 years of experience in property renovation and development in Norway. The family relocated to Spain in 2022, and today their children attend the Norwegian School in Málaga.
In recent years, Zana and Carlos have worked as estate agents on the Costa del Sol, while simultaneously managing several major renovation projects in the region. This work has provided them with deep insights into the differences between Norwegian and Spanish building standards. For instance, bathroom waterproofing membranes are not always standard in Spain, which can have significant consequences for quality, longevity, and insurance.

In partnership with Tonje and Aleksander, they identified a clear need for professional and structured property management tailored to Scandinavian owners in Spain. By merging a local presence and Norwegian quality standards with modern digital solutions, we established a property management service that offers owners peace of mind, transparency, and complete control over their assets.
