Professional cleaning and preparation
Our cleaning teams consist of two to three professional cleaners. This allows us to manage same-day changeovers, ensuring the property is always guest-ready, protected, and your rental income is maximised. -

Electronic lock management. For properties with existing electronic locks, we monitor and manage these.

Electronic lock installation and implementation ADD-ON
We install electronic door locks integrated into our system. No keys to lose, and no risk of unauthorised copying. (€300 for purchase and installation). We also connect this into our digital systems for the included lock management. -
Water alarm ADD-ON
Water damage can develop quickly. We offer water leak sensors that notify us immediately, so we can respond before small faults become major costs. (€100 for purchase and installation).
